At dinner, I want to share and spread the culture of the traditional food of the typical product of the territory, giving the opportunity to travelers who want to immerse themselves in the typical local culinary tradition, to be hosted in the warm family atmosphere.
The winning card will be the pleasure of taste, the passion and the ability to transfer the culture to others through a typical dish, to fully enjoy the flavors and scents of traditional cuisine, which only experienced hands will give.
All the products used will be those of our territory from home bread, fresh pasta, extra virgin olive oil, dried tomatoes, tomato extract, patron sausage, cheeses.
You will have the option to choose between two menus:
- MENU’ DELL’AMMIRAGLIO
- MENU’ SCIALATA
Menu presented by a round trip of fish dishes one after another: cooked, raw, marinated and salted; consisting of red shrimp, scampi, cannoli, baccalà, octopus (offered in different ways of cooking with recipes of typical Sicilian cuisine), catch of the day.
First: (The recipe will be decided locally based on the catch of the day).
Bread - water - house wine - sweet - digestive.
Appetizer: tasting of cheeses, salami, olives, dried tomatoes and vegetables in batter.
First: fresh pasta with Black piglet sauce (served with meat sausages)
Second: roast mixed with meat on the grilled.
